New Day Private Home Care provides support to individuals and families in the areas of personal care, activities of daily living, home management, housekeeping, respite care, companion, and chore services. Our home support care workers assist the elderly, post- surgical recovering, disabled, and convalescing individual who need acute, rehabilitation, and long-term care in order that he/she can continue to live a meaningful and full quality of life.

It is our mission to provide each client with individualized care that best fits his/her needs. Care plans that are developed with a concerted effort between the client, family, and a Registered Nurse. Quality care that will be delivered by trained, competent staff. Our Team

Michelle McAllister, RN

Owner

With over 27 years as a Registered Nurse, Michelle brings to New Day Private Home Care a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her nursing career spans a broad spectrum from caring for the newborn to working with the elderly and disabled. Michelle has a passion for advocating and educating those who she cares for to enable them to achieve a healthy lifestyle and independence. Over the last 10 years, Michelle has worked directly in the home setting to provide care to the elderly and disabled community. She has seen the challenges that clients and their loved ones face. Her goal has been to help each client achieve their maximum potential while living with a chronic condition or navigating the aging process. Michelle graduated in 1996 from South Florida Community College with Associate Degree of Nursing. In 2012, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Texas at Arlington with Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is driven by her passion for helping others live life to the fullest, energized by the opportunity to guide clients and families through the process of home care, and honored to be a trusted resource and partner.

Mitchell McAllister

Owner

Mitchell is an accomplished Realtor at one of the leading real estate agencies in Fayette county. At the age of 18, Mitchell obtained his real estate license the summer before starting college. In 2022, he graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. Mitchell is hard working, committed, and determined. Mitchell brings administrative knowledge and business experience to New Day Private Home Care. His education and background will be invaluable overseeing daily, administrative operations at New Day Private Home Care.
